These Terms govern your use of GS Pro Pilot (“the Service”), a browser extension and web application that assists with writing Google Apps Script code. By installing the extension or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service can operate with your own third-party AI provider key. You are responsible for complying with that provider's terms and for any usage charges they bill you. Your key is stored in your browser and is not transmitted to or retained by our servers.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
You retain all rights to the code and content you work with. We do not claim ownership, and we do not use your code to train models.
The Service is provided “as is.” AI-generated suggestions may be incorrect; you are responsible for reviewing and testing any code before you run or deploy it. Every change surfaces as a reviewable diff for this reason.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GS Pro Pilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
